I think the last time I saw this much snow was the winter of 1990. I had brought my then boyfriend (now hubby) home over Winter Break. It snowed and snowed, we lost power for a week and had to melt snow on the wood stove to wash our hair. Good Times :)
A snow filled week in this area is just crazy rare. I keep bouncing back and forth between "Oooh! Pretty!" and "Dear Goddess, make it stop, I want out of this house and I miss my friends"
As you can see, the dog is having an absolute ball. She came running inside this morning, covered in snow and shook it all onto my lap.
The cat however, says "Stop running around outside, sit down and make a lap"

Love your pictures! Today's so much nicer -- still glittery and beautiful, but one can get out to the road! The pup is funny and the cat seems jaded but wise. See you for Boxing-Festivus!
