Take a look at this awesome project bag. It has 4 pockets and key ring and was handmade for me by my talented mother! She was quite the crafter when my sister and I were young (Ahhhh macrame, good times) but has just recently taken up sewing again. I love this to pieces, it's perfect. The background pattern is skull and crossbones.
She also scored for me a delightful selection of knitting magazines from the late eighties (I was about to say old knitting magazines, but stopped myself, heh ) These are a complete delight, tons of terrible eighties fashions to laugh at and (inexplicably) at least one nice pattern per issue, usually tucked in the back.
I have scanned for your enjoyment, a blast from the past, a sweater to wear when you want to shoplift a small child under each arm.
I shall spare you the metalic party top from the same issue, with 10 inch puffed and ruffled sleeves. Seriously, you could poke out an eye!
