Dad's birthday socks.

Yarn: Memories merino sockyarn from Knitpicks, colorway Fly Fishing
Needles: Knitpicks size 1 circ (magic loop)
Pattern: Basic toe up socks with ribbing all the way up.  80 stitches. 8st per inch.

I've never had such perfect striping on socks before.  This yarn was made for 80 stitch boy socks.

Now I have to finish the Fiber Trend Clogs that are the other half of the present.

My sister sent me this picture of my nearly step niece using the xmas mittens I knit her as a pillow.  Awwwww

A quick update just to show off Evan's completed hoody. This is the hooded short sleeve version of "vestee" from the Spring Knitty. This was a quick fun knit, even though I knit it in woolease so my seestor wouldn't have to worry about taking extra care of it.
